By stepping onto the Arcaryn arcade floor, you accept these house rules. Continued play indicates your agreement with all terms listed here. Players who cannot accept these rules should find another arcade to visit.

ARCADE CLASSIFICATION

Arcaryn operates as a Social Casino providing free-play entertainment exclusively. This is not a gambling establishment. No real currency changes hands at any cabinet. Virtual credits are gameplay tokens with zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything of worth.

PLAYER REQUIREMENTS

Access to Arcaryn requires players to be at least 18 years old. By entering, you confirm meeting this age requirement. Lying about your age violates house rules and will result in being shown the exit.

VIRTUAL CREDIT RULES

All credits, tokens, and points in Arcaryn games are virtual. These game elements:

  • Have no monetary value whatsoever
  • Cannot be purchased with real money
  • Cannot be traded or converted to cash
  • Cannot be transferred to other players
  • May be reset or adjusted by the arcade owner

CONDUCT CODE

Players agree to behave appropriately on the arcade floor. Prohibited activities include tampering with cabinets, exploiting game glitches, using cheat devices, or ruining the fun for other players.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All game graphics, code, sounds, and design elements at Arcaryn are protected property. Copying, distributing, or modifying any arcade content without permission is not allowed.

ARCADE HOURS

Arcaryn aims to keep the lights on 24/7. However, we cannot guarantee continuous operation. Maintenance, updates, or other circumstances may require temporary closures.

LIABILITY LIMITS

Arcaryn provides entertainment without guarantees. Players engage at their own discretion, understanding that experiences vary and no real stakes are involved.
